Return & Exchange Policy.

Thank you for shopping with LOAD WEAR. We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help with returns and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

    • With all original packaging intact.

  • Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for return.

2. Process for Returns & Exchanges

  1. Contact us at load.mbs@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange.

  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item.

  3. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging items, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or provide store credit instead.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet:

    1. Check your bank account or payment method again.

    2. Contact your bank or payment provider, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

    3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at load.mbs@gmail.com.
